times both you and I have heard of the next crazy diet that will make you look
amazing in just a few weeks by simply eating lettuce and taking 2 shakes of
whatever a day. If its not a supplement company pushing their product its some
crazy doctor who is short on cash and wants to sell his idea of eating certain
